Vigour Life Supplements was founded from personal experience, extensive research, and a simple belief: people deserve cleaner, better-value supplements without unnecessary ingredients or inflated prices.
My journey began after being diagnosed with a severe vitamin D deficiency. During that time, I started researching vitamins and supplements properly for the first time — not just what they claimed to do, but what people were actually putting into their bodies every single day.
The deeper I looked into the supplement industry, the more frustrated I became.
I noticed that many products marketed as "high quality" were extremely expensive while often offering poor value for money. Some brands were charging £15–£20 or more for just a one-month supply. At the same time, when I carefully examined ingredient labels, I found that many supplements contained long lists of additional ingredients beyond the vitamins and minerals themselves.
I kept asking the same question:
Why do so many supplements contain fillers, bulking agents, preservatives, synthetic additives, binders, coatings, lubricants, and other unnecessary ingredients?
As I researched further, I learned that many of these ingredients exist primarily for manufacturing convenience — helping powders move through machinery, keeping tablets compressed, improving shelf life, or preventing products from sticking during production. In many cases, these ingredients benefit the manufacturing process more than the customer. Long term exposure to these substances may have negative effects.
That realisation stayed with me.
I knew there had to be many other people like me — people who simply wanted clean, straightforward supplements without paying premium prices for unnecessary extras.
That is why Vigour Life Supplements was created. We only make Clean Supplements.
One of the first nutrients I focused on was magnesium because I discovered how important it is for vitamin D. Magnesium plays an important role in supporting the proper function and metabolism of vitamin D within the body, yet many people are deficient in both without even realising it.
I also noticed that many companies sell vitamin D3 on its own without properly combining it with vitamin K2. Through my research, I learned that vitamin K2 works alongside vitamin D3 by helping support proper calcium utilisation in the body. That is why our formula combines vitamin D3 with a meaningful dose of K2 rather than selling D3 alone like many other brands.
We also made a deliberate decision not to use compressed tablets or gummies.
Gummies and tablets require additional binders, fillers, anti-caking agents, coatings, lubricants, and stabilisers simply to maintain their shape during manufacturing. Tablets often give an after taste. Capsules are a cleaner and simpler delivery format that generally requires far fewer added ingredients. If need be, the only additional thing we use in our products is NON GMO Organic Brown Rice Powder. No Synthetic fillers. Capsules are easier to swallow and in many cases provide a better consistent delivery system.
Quality and manufacturing standards matter to us as much as the ingredients themselves. Our supplements are produced in facilities that follow GMP practices, HACCP food safety systems, and ISO 22000-certified processes to ensure quality control, hygiene, consistency, and traceability in every batch.
