Why capsules and not tablets or gummies:

Compressed tablets require binders, coatings, lubricants and stabilisers just to hold their shape during manufacturing. Capsules need none of these. They are simpler, cleaner and easier to swallow.

Gummies require even more unnecessary additives — added sugars, sweeteners, flavourings, colourings, gelling agents and preservatives simply to achieve their texture and taste. These serve the product format not your health. Our capsules contain none of these.

Why 200mcg K2 not 100mcg:

At 4000IU of D3 more calcium is mobilised. More calcium in circulation means more K2 is needed to direct it correctly. We use 200mcg because our formula demands it.

Why D3 without K2 is incomplete:

Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption. Vitamin K2 MK7 works alongside Vitamin D in calcium utilisation within the body.
