- FREE standard shipping to all UK mainland orders with no minimum spend required.
- Paid Express Shipping is available at the checkout
- Orders to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are subject to additional delivery charges calculated at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Estimated UK delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, other courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Tracking information will be provided where available.

5. Returns and Refunds
- You have the right to return unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or not as described.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
